To support our continued growth worldwide, we are expanding our examiner network, and inviting teachers to develop their professional practice by becoming Cambridge revisers.


We currently have vacancies for AS/A Level Hindi Language Examiners and an O Level Hindi Literature Vetter.


All applicants will:

• be native speakers of Hindi

• have a thorough knowledge of Hindi grammar and spelling

• have a reliable broadband connection and IT skills


For the O Level Vetter role, applicants will:

• have knowledge of a range of Hindi literary works, and willingness to read the texts on the syllabus.


For the A level Examiner role, applicants will:

• have demonstrable teaching experience, or a higher education qualification, in Hindi language

• be willing to work in a team and follow direction from the Principal Examiner to ensure marking is of the required standard

• be available to attend an online standardisation meeting and carry out marking online in May-June


Successful applicants will have:

  • the ability to keep to deadlines


As an examiner you will be marking a specific number of scripts in line with approved marking instructions and to the required standard. For more information on the role of an examiner please visit our website. There will be payment per script marked.


As a vetter you will be required to participate in the quality assurance processes prior to an exam being taken, including proofreading and checking the suitability of questions. The payment for this task is detailed in the official invitation for successful candidates. All marking and vetting work is completed from home.

If you are applying from outside the UK and there is requirement to attend training in the UK expenses will only be paid for travel within the UK.
